Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of Lineserve services.
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and LINESERVE, INC. and its affiliates ("Lineserve", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of Lineserve's cloud servers, VPS, dedicated servers, object storage, colocation and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone who uses your account.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate Services that violate the AUP or that pose a risk to our network, other customers, or third parties.
4. Fees and billing
You agree to pay all fees for the Services you order, in the currency and billing cycle shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly provided. Late or failed payments may result in suspension. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
5. Service levels
Availability commitments and remedies for eligible Services are described in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA sets out your sole and exclusive remedy for downtime.
6. Customer data and content
You retain all rights to the data and content you store or process using the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Services. You are responsible for the legality of your Customer Content and for maintaining your own backups.
7. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from the console. We may suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms or the AUP, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable period.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the affected Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting Lineserve entity for your account, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing limits mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
