Lineserve provides cloud infrastructure services including but not limited to:
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Dedicated Servers
- Compute Instances
- Managed Storage Solutions
- Managed Kubernetes Services
- Colocation Services
- Related cloud infrastructure services
Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engaging in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our services, as detailed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.
8. Intellectual Property
Lineserve retains all rights to our platform, software, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without permission.
You grant us a limited license to use your content as necessary to provide our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
