Network degradation in US-East region
Apr 25, 2025, 7:15 AMWe are currently investigating reports of increased latency and packet loss for customers in the US-East region. Some users may experience slower than normal network performance.
Our engineering team has identified a network congestion issue at one of our core routers in the US-East region. We are working to reroute traffic to mitigate the impact.
We have implemented temporary routing changes to alleviate congestion. Latency has improved but may still be elevated for some customers. We are continuing to work on a permanent fix.
CDN Service Maintenance
Apr 24, 2025, 10:00 PMScheduled maintenance is being performed on our Content Delivery Network. During this period, some users may experience increased latency when accessing cached assets.
The scheduled maintenance has begun. We are upgrading the caching infrastructure to improve performance and reliability.
The maintenance is proceeding as planned. Approximately 60% of the CDN nodes have been updated successfully.
The maintenance is in its final stages. All nodes have been updated, and we are now running verification tests. Service is operating at near-normal levels, and we are continuing to monitor performance.
Database connectivity issues
Mar 21, 2025, 3:22 PMSome customers may have experienced intermittent database connectivity issues affecting the managed database service.
We are investigating reports of connection timeouts and increased latency for some managed database instances.
We have identified a configuration issue affecting the connection pooling service. Our engineers are implementing a fix.
The connection pooling configuration has been corrected and verified. Database connectivity has been fully restored, and all services are operating normally.
Object Storage Latency
Apr 4, 2025, 9:18 AMIncreased latency reported for object storage operations in multiple regions.
We are investigating reports of elevated latency for object storage read and write operations across multiple regions.
We have identified a backend indexing service that was consuming excessive resources. We have applied rate limiting to this service to alleviate the impact.
The problematic indexing service has been optimized and object storage operations have returned to normal latency levels. We will be implementing additional monitoring to prevent similar issues in the future.
