Lineserve is a leading technology company in Kenya. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
